Special Event Rentals
We Deliver, Setup, and Pick-Up Rentals.
Persuasion Sound provides AV rentals for all types of special events. Our equipment is regularly tested and maintained to ensure functionality and quality. Let us know what your event or project requires and we will makes sure you have everything you need.
All rentals must include setup and clean-up services by our staff, unless you have an experienced AV technician handling the equipment. If your event requires technical services, we will assign you an experienced AV Technician to make sure your event runs seamlessly and on schedule.
All rentals are bound to a rental/service agreement and a copy of the Renter’s ID. Payment is required prior or on the rental delivery date.
Types of Events:
Private: Weddings, Ceremonies, Celebrations of Life, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and more!
Work Related: Meetings, Presentations, Large Conferences, Award Ceremonies, Press Release, etc.
Live Music: DJ, Bands, Orchestra, Choir, and Artists.
Email us your event specifications to receive a quote. Weekly rentals, benefit events, and nonprofits are eligible for discounts.
